July 16, 2013. If you are having difficulty seeing while driving, a sensation of heaviness above your eyes, having trouble reading for extended periods of time or are aware that you only see better when you raise your eyes, these signs should not be ignored.
On Tuesday, July 16, at 6 p.m., Frye Medical Center will host an information session for the public at Paolucci’s Italian Bar and Grill on West King Street in Boone. The presentation, led by ophthalmic plastic surgeon Dr. Alicia Carroll is intended to educate the public about the types of procedures than can be performed to the eyes to improve the quality of life.
The presentation is free and open to the public and is expected to last about 45 minutes with a question and answer session to follow.
