July 6, 2012. Everyone joined in on the community art, fun and freedom at the Liberty Parade that took place July 4 in Todd. This year’s theme was the element of Air. Collaborating with other artists, the High Country community designed banners, made pinwheels, windsocks and all kinds of beautiful things that are enlivened by the air connecting us all. The parade was a colorful hit!
