Photos from Operation Medicine Cabinet on Saturday

May 6, 2013. Operation Medicine Cabinet, the drug take back event, took place at four locations in Watauga County on Saturday. The event solves two problems with one stone. Not only does the take back event help prevent the flushing of medicines down the toilet that would eventually wind up in the rivers, but it also helps prevent the raiding of medicine cabinets for drugs.

Donna Lisenby, the Upper Watauga Riverkeeper, took the photos below at each of the four locations in Watauga.
