While snowfall is expected to cease this evening, the winter weather advisory expires at 10 a.m on Tuesday. The wind advisory expires at midnight.
RaysWeather.com notes that wind-chill temperatures will drop to zero or below and forecasts a dusting to an inch for most of the High Country. Elevations higher than 4,000 feet could see one to two inches with three inches falling on isolated mountaintops, according to RaysWeather.com.

The winter-weather advisory from the NWS notes that the combination of saturated ground from the recent rains and temperatures dropping below freezing will create hazardous travel conditions including black ice lingering on roadways through tonight.
Isolated power outages are also a possibility with forecasted wind gusts up 55 mph for most of the High Country.
