Dec. 22, 2014. This week’s biggest wins came from four instant scratch-off tickets and two Carolina Cash 5 jackpots. In all, from Dec. 12 – 18, players of instant scratch-off games won $22.3 million and draw game players added $5.6 million more for a total of more than $27.9 million statewide.

Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot is an estimated $125 million if taken as an annuity or $80.4 million if taken as a lump sum. In the Dec. 12 Mega Millions drawing, 34,256 tickets won prizes ranging from $1 to $2,500, totaling $102,535. In Tuesday’s drawing, 28,229 tickets won $84,549 in prizes ranging from $1 to $2,500.
