Nurturing Mind and Body (17.5 Hours)
Explore this enlightening seven week beginner’s class on Tai Chi, Gentle Yoga and Meditation. A “Short Form”, 24 simplified movements of Tai Chi Chuan, will be shared along with other relaxing yet beneficial mind and body practices. Todd Bush, a certified meditation/yoga instructor and longtime Tai Chi practitioner will be leading the class. No previous experience is required, however the class includes moderate exercise, so wear comfortable clothes with suitable footwear. Bring a yoga mat (*optional – yoga props if you use them) and an open heart.
