Lowest of the Subzero Temps Expected at 9 a.m., High Temps To Rebound To High Teens, 20s Thereafter Friday

Jan. 24, 2014. While temperatures are expected to “rebound” to the high teens and into the 20s across the region, the National Weather Service forecasts the coldest wind chill values of this latest cold snap to occur at 9 a.m. See the graphic above.

A wind chill advisory, warning of “bitter cold temperatures and dangerously cold wind chills,” is currently in effect until noon Friday and features wind chills of 15 to 25 below zero, lower at the mountaintops.
