Dear Editor,
The early voting sites approved by the Board of Elections serve the following numbers of voters:
Deep Gap: 2,256
Blowing Rock: 2,559
Meat Camp: 2,773
Western Watauga Community Center: 4,355
Boone: 29,808
Does this seem fair, especially when there are no hours on weekdays after 5 p.m. that would have allowed people who get off work at 5 to vote?
Does this make voting more accessible for the greatest number of voters?
