LETTERS / Conspiracies Are All Done By Those Bad Guys. We Don’t Do Them: Except When We Do

Dear Editor,

Government is continuous conspiracy. ‘Our’ government recently released some classified files on JFK’s murder but there’s nothing much in them. Why would the CIA provide evidence of their coup? It’s an intentional distraction proving nothing. The ‘official’ self-righteous insistence that conspiracy theories don’t happen here denies historical evidence: watch the Zapruder film.

We’re told that Conspiracy Theories are dangerous, as we’re told Russians hacked ‘our’ presidential election to get their Manchurian candidate elected. Russian Madness assumes that Putin is a genius able to decide the American election with pocket change spent at FB and simultaneously incompetent.

Conspiracies are all done by those bad guys over there. We don’t do them: Except when we do. Conspiracies are when two or more people get together and plan to do something they don’t want you to know about.

The Reichstag Fire was a conspiracy. Those that created it covered up their crimes using propaganda spread by an obedient, controlled media, like America’s.

In recent years the idea that America, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Turkey created ISIS as front for a proxy war on Syria was dismissed as a ‘conspiracy theory’. It has since been proven, many times over, to be completely true. ISIS being created by the Empire isn’t a ‘conspiracy theory’, but reality. You wonder why it’s not presented on the ‘news’ because you forget who owns that ‘news’.

Several years ago, those claiming that the NSA was spying on most of the world, including the governments of allied countries were dismissed as ‘tin-foil hat’ conspiracy theorists. Snowden’s revelations on the NSA internet and communications surveillance program prove that claim.

Fifteen years ago, claims that wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were being pressed under false pretenses for corporate profit and to surround Iran would have been dismissed as conspiracy theory. We now know that the WMD report was ‘sexed up’. It’s proven conspiracy.

In 1991 anybody claiming that the person who testified that Iraqi soldiers had thrown Kuwaiti babies out of incubators was actually the daughter of a Kuwaiti official would have been dismissed as paranoid. This information became public knowledge just months after her testimony had been used to feed public support for the first Iraq war.

In the eighties those claiming that Reagan was trading with Iran to arm a proxy army in Nicaragua to overthrow their elected government were dismissed as crazy conspiracy theorists. The truth came out with Iran-Contra.

Anyone claiming that Gulf of Tonkin incident had been entirely made-up as an excuse to launch full-scale war in Vietnam would have been dismissed as a conspiracy theorist but in those days few imagined that government would lie. There’s lots of evidence proving the ‘incident’ never happened. Faking the Gulf of Tonkin incident is a fact. The war secretary of the time, McNamara said so in the documentary; fog of war.

The granddaddy for ‘conspiracy theory’, 9/11 is full of holes. Just for starters, show us any pictures of airplane debris, like engines or landing gear at the pentagon. Explain to us why building seven fell at the speed of gravity with a few small fires. Help us understand why four errant aircraft weren’t intercepted by the air force, for the first and only time, ever.

These are just a few examples among many. Conspiracies happen all the time.

The CIA/‘our’ government are tools of “dark forces’. Study the history of Iran, Chile, Indonesia, Afghanistan, Honduras and Guatemala: The list of governments overthrown by America is very long and were dismissed as ‘conspiracy theories’, until the truth eventually came out.

Operation Northwoods was a Pentagon plan to create terrorism and blame it on Cuba. Operation Paperclip was a CIA plan that smuggled Nazi scientists out of Germany for ‘our’ secret research projects. Operation Mockingbird was/is a CIA plan that recruited journalists for intelligence work, and use them to sell propaganda. Operation Gladio was/is a plan to oppose anything in Europe we disapprove of.

All of these were once dismissed as ‘conspiracy theory’ before the truth came out.

‘Conspiracy theories’ about Russia are always true. In the media/state push to create a great enemy, there’s no crime so minor it can’t be linked to ‘Russian interference’. Last summer a metro station in St Petersburg was bombed. Within hours the TV suggested it was a Putin-backed false-flag. No such claim has ever been officially allowed on American TV about Las Vegas, Sandy Hook, Paris, Orlando, or other ‘terrorism’.

We’re told the FSB poisoned Litvinenko is an obvious fact but suspecting MI5 murdered Princess Diana is absurd. Shallow propaganda, blesses its own side while projecting all the ills of the world on the other guy.

Russia is accused of having meddled in elections; The Brexit vote, American and French Presidential elections, general elections in the UK, Germany, and the Dutch referendum on Ukraine. This ‘interference’ hasn’t been proved by any real evidence like the cover of a Time magazine bragging about American ‘assistance’ in Yeltsin’s election in the nineties did.

Those selling Yeltsin planned to convert Russia into a fake two-party state, one social-democratic and one neoconservative, in which public battles would be fought on divisive, symbolic issues, while behind the scenes both parties would actually be controlled by the same group. With Russian ‘consumers’ permanently divided and popular dissatisfaction safely channeled into meaningless dead-ends, Russia’s owners could maintain unlimited wealth and power for themselves, with little threat to their rule. Perhaps you can guess what this political scheme was based upon.

Lynch mobs question election results but only where the ‘wrong’ side won. Russia is accused of ‘bankrolling the far-right in Europe’ but there’s evidence of NATO and EU supporting fascists and extremists in Ukraine, and ISIS/al-Qaida all over the Middle East.

Our homegrown problems, through complex absurd “conspiracies”, are blamed on Russia. ‘Our free press’ accused Russia of “weaponising the European refugee crisis”: clearly Russia forced America to destroy Iraq/Libya/Syria, and ordered Merkel to open Germany’s borders. Those in Eastern Europe who questioned politically correct dogma, like Hungarian’s President Orban, were said to be “friends of Putin” which apparently is an argument in and of itself. Russia is responsible for all our problems.

If “conspiracy theories are dangerous”, and damage society, why clamp-down on honest debate by dismissing all those who disagree as “Putin lovers” or use them to create public hatred of a nuclear superpower?

Not all conspiracy theories are ‘dangerous’: Only those that investigate, or otherwise question ‘our’ government, institutions or agendas are ‘dangerous’. We’re told ‘our’ honest government does no wrong: questioning that is risky. Their governments are evil and dishonest. To question them is your duty. It’s an argument for conformity of opinion and an attack on independent thought.

Conspiracy theorists are accused of antisemitism because of their belief that secret influence on world events, manipulating changes, comes from the Rothschild’s or George Soros or, when no understatement is required, influential and wealthy Jews.

We’re expected to imagine a world where a few people control vast fortunes but exercise no political power refusing to acknowledge that corruption or conspiracy exists. You must accept the unavoidable truth that super-wealthy people influence government policy. Tax games, arms-sales, the wars in the Middle East: there are countless examples of the wealthy destroying ‘consumers’.

Wealthy individuals influence government, using military, banking and other agencies to further unspoken political agendas: it’s one reality of conspiracy theory that happens daily.

Reporters aren’t independent journalists: they’re fronts for power: Official messengers, handing down to ‘consumers’ a pre-approved menu of opinion telling you its ‘dangerous’ to question a government organization with a proven track-record of illegal operations, while constantly stoking public fear of the mythic ‘Russian influence’. Its Orwell’s minute of hate, its operation Mockingbird in action.

It’s an attack on reason denying our ability, and right, to question the motives and actions of the powerful, while emphasizing the righteousness of blind obedience. ‘Our free press’ is engaging in cultural policing, enforcing the unquestioned dominance of the state/system, excluding critical thinking and truth: Its 1984.

“The two aims of the Party are to conquer the whole surface of the earth and to extinguish once and for all the possibility of independent thought.” Orwell, 1984

Vote all you want but those in charge count those ‘votes’ and you see those votes ignored daily. ‘Our’ government claims the right to kill anyone, anywhere, at any time, for secret reasons, based on secret evidence, in a secret process, undertaken by unidentified officials, and does so regularly: if this isn’t ‘official’ conspiracy and murder what would be.

The Empire decrees that what’s true isn’t.  They know that everybody knows, yet they don’t care because they believe; we can buy anybody, those we can’t buy, we bully, those we can’t bully we kill, there is no price because we have total immunity no matter what we do.

“Think about this. The bin Laden story, including 9/11, is fake from start to finish, but it’s engraved into history books, and public consciousness. And this is just one example of the institutionalized mass lies concocted by Washington and the presstitutes and turned into truth. Washington’s self-serving control over explanations has removed Americans from reality and made them slaves to fake news. So, how does democracy function when voters have no reliable information and, instead, are led into the agendas of the rulers by orchestrated events and fake news? Where is there any evidence that the United States is a functioning democracy?” Dr. Paul Craig Roberts
