Naveed Anjum of Jonas Ridge is the latest player to win $200,000 playing the new 10th Anniversary spectacular scratch-off game.

Anjum is the owner of the Mountain Crossing located on N.C. 181 in Jonas Ridge. He said he bought the $5 ticket at the store when his wife was working.

He claimed the prize Thursday. After federal and state tax withholdings, he received $138,501.

10th Anniversary Spectacular launched in April with four top prizes of $200,000. One top prize remains.

Ticket sales from games like 10th Anniversary Spectacular made it possible for the lottery to raise more than half a billion dollars for the state last year.
