At High Country Press Publications, we’re taking on an exciting new adventure!

We believe the panoramic mountain views of North Carolina’s High Country make the perfect backdrop for any bride’s dream wedding. We also know that the area’s talented vendors are more than capable of turning those dreams into reality.

That’s why we’ve decided to take a closer look at what makes High Country weddings so special and share those things with you and readers across the southeast in a brand new annual publication. We’re working on hard on our inaugural edition of High South Weddings, and we’ll have a copy ready for you in November.

The idea for our new wedding magazine was sparked over the winter season of 2014 as we talked to folks in the community and in the regional wedding and events industry. Many fans of our popular High Country Magazine have encouraged us to use our skills and resources to create a new wedding guide that wills serve people planning their own memorable affairs in our area.

With this new endeavor, we remain committed to what we’ve been doing for 30 years — putting together a first-class publication.

Our area was known for many years as “the High South,” and we think the moniker accurately reflects what today’s High Country has to offer brides, grooms, friends and families. The venues are breathtaking, the vendors are brilliant and the possibilities are endless!

Follow our new magazine on Facebook to keep up with us as we work to make it happen, and stay tuned for an awesome new publication about all things weddings in “the High South.”

In the meantime, check out the above promotional behind-the-scenes video and get ready to hold a copy of High South Weddings in November.
