April 28, 2014. High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:
Sometime between the hours of 5:30 p.m. on April 1, 2014, and 5:30 p.m. on April 2, 2014, a wallet was reportedly stolen from a parked vehicle at 177 Tulip Tree Lane in Boone. A fraudulent transaction was then attempted in Greensboro using the victim’s credit card.
