Ensemble Stage’s final show of the summer, Weekend Comedy, began on August 17th. The first three performances of Weekend Comedy have come and gone with a full house each night. That means only four chances remain to see what Ensemble Stage calls a “delightful battle of generations and wit.”
The show presents a scenario in which a couple in their fifties and a couple in their twenties have to share a one-bedroom cabin for the weekend during their vacation. It’s a classic and hilarious clash of the boomer and millennial generations.
This is the final production of the summer before Ensemble Stage’s fall productions start. This year’s fall productions will include: If the Shoe Fits, Frankenstein, It’s a Wonderful Life, and A Banner Elk Christmas.
Come experience the hilarious adventure before it’s gone!
Tickets are $22 for seniors and $24 for adults. For more information or tickets, visit www.ensemblestage.com or call 828-414-1844.
