5) Holidays for Kids Program

The holidays are fast approaching and the High Country Caregiver Foundation needs your help again this year! We invite you to immerse yourself in the spirit of giving. HCCF’s Relatives as Parents Program (RAPP) offers support and services to grandparents raising grandchildren and other kinship caregivers. Our goal is to collect as many gifts as possible to help relieve the burden on our kinship caregivers during the holiday season. Please help us to identify kinship caregivers in your community so that all children can enjoy a beautiful holiday.
