1) Beginning Beekeeping Class Starts Jan. 20
The Corporate and Continuing Education Department at Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute, in partnership with the Watauga County Beekeepers Association, will offer a Beekeeping class at 6 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday from Jan. 20 to Feb. 10 on the Watauga Campus in Boone. The course is designed for those interested in beginning beekeeping. The cost of the class is $21, which includes the textbook. For more information, or to sign up, call 828-297-3811.
2) Zumba Classes at Curves of Boone
Zumba classes will be held at Curves of Boone on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15-6:30 for the month of January.
