
Sept. 26, 2013. On Sept. 25, Wesley Alan Cox, 20, of Deep Gap, was charged with a felony, larceny of a firearm. Cox is alleged to have entered Grashal Outdoors on Sept. 17 and taken a Beretta semi-automatic pistol. The pistol has not been recovered.
Mr. Cox was placed under a $20,000 secured bond pending an Oct. 31 court appearance.
Cox was also charged with the robbery of a Rite Aid in January yesterday.
And in February, Cox was also charged with a robbery involving the theft of firearms at a business on Shadowline Drive.
