Boone hotel properties LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Sleep Inn and Super 8 are now under the management of locally-based company Panoramic Hospitality, Inc. The announcement comes from a press statement released by Ron Coldiron, lead general manager for Atlanta-based Hotel Equities.
Panoramic Hospitality, Inc. owners Justin Patel and Selina Patel Bell explained that “the formation of the property management group will enable us to focus solely on the direction and standards of our properties. Our hotels’ successes are attributable to the good fundamental operating systems and services we have developed through our relationship with Hotel Equities. We look forward as we continue to implement the highest standards in management; offering unsurpassed value and guest satisfaction.”
Coldiron said, “This is a great move that will help us maximize our aggressive goals for future growth in the High Country.”
Networking in Boone
Panoramic Hospitality, Inc. will be partnering with Carolina West Wireless to host the first “Business After Hours” networking business event in 2016 with the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce. The event will take place at LaQuinta Inn and Suites on Thursday, Jan. 28 from 5-7 p.m. and will feature live music by CJ Ballard and catering by Gadabouts Catering.
“We are looking forward to presenting our newly renovated property to members and guests of the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce,” said Panoramic Hospitality Director of Sales Susanna Russell. “We have updated many areas of the hotel to reflect a contemporary space while keeping the feel of a rustic mountain destination.”
Panoramic Hospitality, Inc. is a North Carolina-based company operating out of Boone that currently owns and operates properties in Georgia and North Carolina.
