The Moses H. Cone Memorial Park is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district with the Manor House considered a significant component of the historic district. The historic estate lies between Parkway Mileposts 292 and 295, just north of the town of Blowing Rock, NC.

This business opportunity, historically known as the Parkway Craft Center, is located on a portion of the first floor of the Manor House, which has served as a regional handicraft retail center for over sixty years.  Currently, the Manor’s tenants include the NPS, a bookstore operated by Eastern National, and the Parkway Craft Center, a concession operated by the Southern Highland Craft Guild.  The NPS offers scheduled narrative tours of the Manor as well as self-guided tours during normal business hours.
