Blue Ridge Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction Ceremony at Stone Center on Saturday

The Wilkes Heritage Museum is pleased to announce the inductees for the Eighth Annual Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame. The 2015 inductees include: Ronnie Milsap, Nationally Known Artist; Lula Belle and Scotty Wiseman, Pioneer Artists; Terry Baucom, Sideman and Regional Musician; Si Kahn, Songwriter; Bobby Patterson, Recording Industry; The Lewis Family, Gospel; and Keith Watts for the special Dr. T. R. Bryan Wilkes Heritage Music Award. The Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction Ceremony will take place at the Stone Center for Performing Arts on Saturday, June 20, 2015.

Artists scheduled to perform throughout the event include the talented Blue Ridge Music Hall of Fame house band, Virginialina, made up of David Johnson, Eric Ellis, Scott Gentry, and Scott Freeman; Terry Baucom and the Dukes of Drive; Si Kahn; Bobby Patterson; The Cockman Family; and the Possum Hollar Old Time String band featuring Keith Watts, Michael Fox and Donna Fox. Tickets for the ceremony are on sale at the Wilkes Heritage Museum gift shop or website. Tickets are $35 per person and include the dinner and ceremony. The doors open at 6 p.m., dinner is at 6:30 p.m. and the ceremony begins at 7:15 p.m. Seating is limited so call ahead for tickets.
