The Avery Rotary Club and the Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce sponsored a community yard sale on June 6. Proceeds from the yard sale will benefit the Cultural Arts Center at the Historic Banner Elk School. Pleasant temperatures, and a record number of vendors combined for a successful event.
