Binh Thanh Le passed away suddenly on Valentine’s Day.

A country boy from South Vietnam, Binh fought for his country for nine years before immigrating to the United States, where he raised a fine family of successful children, made many new friends, and reunited with old friends and family.

He is survived by his son, Bang Thanh Le and his daughter-in-law, Kilara, and granddaughter, Hunter, of Raleigh. He is also survived by his daughters Bic Thanh Le and Brooke Lilly Le, both of which call Avery County home. His son Bao Thanh Le resides in Florida. Binh is also remembered by his dear brother and best friend Tam Thanh Le. Tam and his large and wonderful family also call the High Country our home.

Binh was also blessed with the love of Francis, Rocky, Cody, and Travis Clark, of Avery County.

The Le family would like to express our eternal gratitude for the wonderful people that sponsored our family to America and those that helped make Avery County our home. We have been blessed with the opportunity to love and share a beautiful life in this most beautiful place.
