Ashe County Little Theatre Presents Broadway Favorite ‘Les Miserables’ at the Ashe Civic Center June 26-30

June 19, 2014. Starting on Thursday, June 26, The Ashe County Little Theatre will present “Les Miserables” in an adaption of the award-winning Broadway musical favorite.

t34The musical is set during the French Revolution, where love, dreams, passion and redemption intertwine to create an unforgettable story. The show will run from June 26-30 at the Ashe Civic Center in West Jefferson.

The production is directed by Michael Yelton with musical direction by Mark Tomasik, production by Kim Isler and choreography by Jana Greer.

Tickets for the show are $16 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets are available at the Ashe Arts Center or by phone at 336-846-2787. Credit cards are accepted.

“Our summer musical usually sells out,” said Linda Dreyer of the Ashe Civic Center. “The Civic Center holds 300 people and all seats are reserved. We recommend that people purchase tickets in advance.”

The Sunday performance is a 2 p.m. matinee and all other performances begin at 7:30 p.m.
