Dr. Elliott praised Bolick for her outstanding service and leadership, noting that her job demands high level skills in planning, budgeting, and management. “Her job is a lot like running a small chain of restaurants but with more regulations and a smaller budget than she would have in those settings. She is a true servant leader who never asks her staff to do anything she wouldn’t do herself. We are very proud she is part of our team and to present her with this Servant’s Heart Award.”
