Oct. 1, 2013. A new group of five instant scratch-off games go on sale Tuesday including a game that gives players four chances to win a $3 million prize.
$120 Million Cash is a $20 game featuring four top prizes of $3 million and six $1 million prizes. The game launches with more than $120 million in total prizes. To win, players match any of 20 numbers to one of eight winning numbers. Players who reveal a “Moneybag” symbol win five times the prize shown. Those who reveal a “Cash Roll” symbol win 10 times the amount shown. Scratching off a “$100” symbol automatically wins the player a $100 prize. Approximate overall odds of winning including break-even prizes are 1 in 2.90.
A new $5 game, Bonus Jackpot, begins with four top prizes of $150,000 and more than $13.6 million in total prizes. Players who reveal a “Moneybag” symbol win double the prize shown. Players can also win $50 instantly by revealing three matching symbols in a “bonus” area. Approximate overall odds of winning including break-even prizes are 1 in 4.02.
Diamond Crossword is a $3 extended-play style game that launches with five $50,000 top prizes and more than $5.9 million in total prizes. To win prizes, players get a set of 18 letters, which they use to match with those found on the crossword puzzle. Two additional letters can be found in the “bonus” area. If a player matches three or more words, they win the corresponding amount found on the prize legend. If a completed word contains a “Diamond” symbol, the player wins double the corresponding prize. More than 65,000 total prizes between $20 and $100 can be won in the game. Approximate overall odds of winning including break-even are 1 in 4.23.
A new $2 game, Lucky Loot, features five top prizes of $25,000 and more than $5.9 million in total prizes. Players who reveal a “Clover” symbol win triple the prize shown. Approximate overall odds of winning including break-even prizes are 1 in 4.58.
Rounding out the set of new games is the $1 game Fast 5’s. The game begins with 10 top prizes of $5,000 and more than 1.1 million winning tickets. Revealing a “Fast” symbol wins all five of the prizes shown. Approximate overall odds of winning including break-even prizes are 1 in 4.98.
