The 16th Annual Blackberry Festival Returns to North Carolina With All Things Blackberry, July 6-9

The 16th Annual Blackberry Festival will be held July 6 – 9th. The event will be full of music, drinks, food, activities and fun for everyone!

The Blackberry Festival will kick off on July 6 with a ticketed event on Main Street in Downtown Lenoir at 6 p.m. with An Evening of Everything Blackberry. There will be Blackberry-infused food, drink, music by the Starlighters and dancing in the streets! There is limited seating available for this event so get your tickets today! Tickets: $35 per person. 

Festivities will continue on Friday, July 7, with a Blackberry Preheat party beginning at 6 p.m. During the Preheat event, held on the Square in Downtown Lenoir, attendees will experience the Blackberry Belle Pageant Preliminaries, a Front Porch Pickin’ Songwriters Competition, Blackberry Recipe Contest and a Glow Run 5K throughout the city of Lenoir. 

The 16th Annual NC Blackberry Festival begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 8. The time has come to get your berries in a row. There will be vendors, food, children’s activitirs and Blackberries from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Live music will be featured on four stages across the festival. Experience a taste of the World’s Largest Patchwork of Cobbler. Join in the Colossal Cobbler Parade Brigade celebrating Caldwell County’s favorite fruit. This year we will have our first Blackberry Jazz Brunch at 1841 Cafe beginning at 10 a.m. Join in the continued celebration of the NC Blackberry Festival. Enjoy a brunch buffet and a local jazz band. Tickets include breakfast buffet. Specialty drink options will also be available during the event. Tickets: $20 and $12 for kids 10 and under.
