The experts behind each one offer a variety of services, as well as the knowledge, experience, and creativity to ensure the festivities go off without a hitch. Jan. 13, 2016. Mrs. Jean M. Yow of Sanford, North Carolina and Mr. Peter Osetek of Navarre, Florida are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda L. Osetek, to Geoff N. Rights, son of Dr. Robert and Debbie Rights of Conover, North Carolina. The couple met at their alma mater, Appalachian State University, in Boone.
