July 12

INCIDENT: An unattended death was reported at 306 Betsy Circle in Todd.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 3764 Rominger Road in Banner Elk.

ARREST: A female suspect, 47, of 134 Miller Drive in Boone, was charged with felony neglect disable/elder ser inj. Trial date: Sept. 7.

July 13

INCIDENT: Fraud and larceny were reported at 311 Laurel Fork Road Apt. 1 in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 381 Apple Way Road in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at Boone Drug.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported at 501 Lucky Lane in Zionville.

ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 3581 Rush Branch Road in Sugar Grove, was charged with felony breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen property. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Aug. 3.

July 14

INCIDENT: Discharging firearm in unsafe manner was reported at 826 Presnell School Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 10675 N.C. Highway 105 S Unit 3 in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 288 H Stanley Miller Road in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Motor vehicle theft – automobile and larceny were reported at 1438 Mountain Dale Road in Vilas.

INCIDENT: An unattended death was reported at 125 Ski Crest Park in Blowing Rock.

July 15

INCIDENT: Drug violations and breaking and entering were reported at 509 Hodges Gap Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 146 River Way in Boone.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny from motor vehicle were reported at 101 Leatherwood Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 100 Bennick Place in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny were reported at 193 River Road 2 in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Drug violations were reported at Radford Quarry on Bamboo Road.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 430 New River Heights Drive in Boone, was charged with felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI CS. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 244 Devil’s Den in Banner Elk, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: Aug. 11.

July 16

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 353 Elk Lane in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 1251 Ray Brown Road in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 36, of 1099 Bairds Creek Road in Vilas was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: Aug. 18.

July 17

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering were reported at 122 A Laurel Reach Lane in Boone.

INCIDENT: Disorderly conduct was reported at 2815 N. Pine Run Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings, breaking and entering and unauthorized use were reported at 125 Ski Crest Park Unit 1 in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A male suspect, 32, of 822 Ramsey Woodring in Todd, was charged with disorderly conduct. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 7.

July 18

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering and vandalism were reported at 177 Cool Springs Drive in Blowing Rock.

INCIDENT: Vandalism and communicating threats were reported at 1110 Ford Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny and drug violations were reported in a camper in Roan Mountain.

July 19

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 100 The Overlook Road Apt. 1 in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female and communicating threats were reported at 315 Monroe Herman Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 220 Alan Drive in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 49, of 315 Monroe Herman Road in Banner Elk, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 203 Pine St in Boone, was charged with provisional. Trial date: Aug. 3.

July 12

INCIDENT: Burglary was reported at 1055 Blowing Rock Road.
ARREST: A male suspect, 31, of 1003 Eno St. in Hillsborough, was charged with speeding and DWI. Trial date: Sept. 9.

July 13

INCIDENT: Burglary was reported at Grace Lutheran Church, 115 E King St.

INCIDENT: Vandalism and larceny were reported at the Public Works Building on King Street.

INCIDENT: Failure to return rental property was reported at 135 Innovation Drive.

INCIDENT: Indecent exposure was reported at 1180 Blowing Rock Road.

ARREST: A female suspect, 36, of 293 Hensels Lane in Boone, was charged with probation violation. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Aug. 12.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 533 E King St., was charged with order for arrest. Secured bond: $8,000. Trial date: Aug. 1.

July 14

INCIDENT: Shoplifting was reported at Walmart.

ARREST: A female suspect, 41, of 2571 Longhope Road in Todd, was charged with shoplifting and larceny. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 155 Culps Drive in Boone, was charged with possession of sch VI. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 1765 Sugar Mountain Road Apt. 1 in Newland, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Secured bond: $5,000. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 207 Cecil Miller Road Apt. 4 in Boone, was charged with indecent exposure. Trial date: Sept. 7.

July 15

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering, damage to property and possess schedule IV were reported at 198 Park St.

INCIDENT: Larceny from motor vehicle was reported at 3968 N.C. Highway 105 Suite E.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 168 Hardin St.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 157 Stoneybrook Ct. Apt. C3 in Boone, was charged with schedule IV, damage to property and breaking and entering. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 126 Sequoia Lane in Boone, was charged with hit and run, driving after consuming provisional and DWI. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 324 Meadow Hill Drive Apt. 58 in Boone, was charged with DVPO. Trial date: Sept. 7.

July 16

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at Custom Muffler & Tire on the N.C. Highway 105 extension.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at Puerto Nuevo restaurant on Watauga Village Drive.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 173 Howard St. Apt. 212 in Boone, was charged with warrant – larceny. Secured bond: $750. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 19, of 634 Watauga River Road in Sugar Grove, was charged with consume alcohol by 19/20 year old and intoxicated and disruptive. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 7.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 183 Summer Drive in Boone, was charged with simple physical assault. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 33, of 2121 N 27th St in Lincoln, was charged with disorderly conduct. Secured bond: $500. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 338 Brook Hollow Road in Boone, was charged with carrying concealed weapon. Trial date: Sept. 9.

July 17

INCIDENT: Shoplifting was reported at Walmart.

INCIDENT: Remove antitheft device and shoplifting were reported at Belk.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 1121 Meadowview Drive Apt. 10.

ARREST: A male suspect, 36, of 511 S Recreation Road in Wilkesboro, was charged with shoplifting, remove antitheft device and display fictitious registration number plate. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: Sept. 9.

ARREST: A female suspect, 31, of 511 S Recreation Road in Wilkesboro, was charged with shoplifting, remove antitheft device, hit and run/leave scene property damage, failure to maintain lane control and reckless driving. Secured bond: $12,000. Trial date: Sept. 9.
