Apr. 9
ARREST: A male suspect, 44, of 136 Mitchell Fields Rd. in Zionville, was charged with misuse of 911 system. Trial date: May 25.Apr. 11
INCIDENT: Calls for service was reported at 245 Bamboo Rd., Unit 4, in Boone.

INCIDENT: All other fraud was reported at 139 Sunny Hill Ln. in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Larceny from buildings was reported at 125 Highland Hills Ave. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 338 Brookhollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with felony drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia – selling and felony drug violations – equipment/paraphernalia. Secured bond: $20,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 236 Westin Way, Apt. A, in Boone, was charged with felony PWISD Marijuana, felony possession sch 1 cs and felony maintain place controlled substance. Unsecured bond: $10,000. Trial date: May 25.

INCIDENT: Habitual domestic violence protection order was reported at 184 Hodges Gap Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Damage to property was reported at 160 Cannon Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 726Old Obids Rd. in West Jefferson, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: May 11.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 478 Hardin Rd. in Boone, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $3,000.

ARREST: A male suspect, 26, of 136 Hemlock Dr. in Banner Elk, was charged with parole and probation violations, resist, delay and obstruct government official and simple possession of schedule VI. Secured bond: $13,500. Trial date: May 5.

ARREST: A male suspect, 52, of 1151 West Pine Swamp Rd. in Fleetwood, was charged with felony fugitive from justice. Secured bond: $50,000. Trial date: May 25.

Apr. 15
ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 543 Phillips Branch Rd. in Vilas, was charged with larceny from buildings. Trial date: May 18.

ARREST: A male suspect, 63, of 143 Hampton Trailer Ct. in Boone, was charged with careless and reckless driving.

ARREST: A male suspect, 31, of 130 Glorey Dr. in Boone, was charged with OFA – FTA. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: May 30.

Apr. 16
ARREST: A male suspect, 52, of 556 Mabel School Rd. in Zionville, was charged with felony probation violation, felony indictment and capias on FTA and misdemeanor resist delay obstruct. Secured bond: $110,300. Trial date: May 8.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 1817 Old Watauga River Rd. in Sugar Grove, was charged with OFA – Child Support. Secured bond: $2,165.

Apr. 17
INCIDENT: Communicating threats and cyberstalking were reported at 4358 N.C. Highway 105 S. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 5911 Dix St. NE in Washington, D.C., was charged with felony breaking or entering, felony larceny after break/enter and felony obtain property by false pretense. Secured bond: $7,500. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 27, of 338 Brookhollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with FTA first degree trespassing. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: May 1.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 134 Miller Dr. in Boone, was charged with trespassing. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A female suspect, 40, of 119 Grapevine in Boone, was charged with FTA. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 30, of 168 Stoneybrook Ct., Apt. D2, in Boone, was charged with resisting public officer and order for arrest. Secured bond: $16,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 44, of 266 Daniel Boone Dr. in Boone, was charged with order for arrest. Secured bond: $1,500. Trial date: May 1.

INCIDENT: Using illicit card was reported at 958 Blowing Rock Rd. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Missing persons was reported at 275 E. King St., Unit #9, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny by employee was reported at 200 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 25, of 155 Rocky Rd. Ext. in Banner Elk, was charged with aid & abet larceny, injury to personal property, injury to real property, larceny after break/enter and breaking and/or entering. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: June 1.

ARREST: A female suspect, 48, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with PWISD Sch. IV CS, PWISD Sch. II CS, simple possession of schedule IV CS and simple possession of marijuana. Trial date: May 11.

ARREST: A female suspect, 58, of 129 Zeb St. in Boone, was charged with DVPO Violation. No bond. Trial date: May 2.

ARREST: A male suspect, 35, of 338 Brook Hollow Rd. in Boone, was charged with warrant – larceny and financial card theft. Secured bond: $3,000. Trial date: June 1.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 600 S. Spruce St. in Wilkesboro, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Secured bond: $1,000. Trial date: Apr. 21.

INCIDENT: Welfare check was reported at 746 Howard At., Apr. A15, in Boone.

INCIDENT: All other larceny and motor vehicle theft – automobile were reported at 116 Herring Loop, #103, in Boone.

INCIDENT: Fraud – obtaining money/property by false pretense and larceny were reported at 200 Watauga Village Dr. in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 20, of 548 Pipers Gap Rd. in Mount Airy, was charged with failure to maintain lane control, speeding 48 mph in a 35 mph, driving after consuming provisional and DWI – alcohol and/or drugs. Secured bond.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 2051 Blythewood Crossing Ln. in Blythewood, was charged with lane control and DWI. Trial date: June 1.

ARREST: A female suspect, 23, of 828 Blowing Rock Rd., Apt. 1308, in Boone, was charged with assault and battery. Trial date: May 26.

ARREST: A male suspect, 34, of 2128 Big Hill Rd. in Boone, was charged with obtain property by false pretense and larceny. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 605 Jones Ferry Rd., Apt. SS9, in Carrboro, was charged with first degree burglary and aggravated assault. Secured bond: $125,000. Trial date: May 25.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 208 Dark Hollow Rd. in Elk Park, was charged with communicating threats and assault on a female. No bond.

ARREST: A male suspect, 63, of 562 Charlie Thompson Rd. in Vilas, was charged with failure to appear. Secured bond: $300. Trial date: Apr. 21

ARREST: A female suspect, 21, of 215 Wallace Cir. in Boone, was charged with parole & probation violations. Secured bond: $10,000. Trial date: May 8.
