July 24

INCIDENT: Burglary – forcible entry was reported at 1527 Mabel School Road in Zionville.

July 26

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 7615 Old U.S. Highway 421 N. in Zionville, was charged with injury to real property. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

July 27

INCIDENT: Larceny, calls for service and vandalism were reported at 144 Ridge Point Drive in Boone.

July 28

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 790 Dewitt Barnett Road in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 163 Red Maple Lane in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 3389 Meat Camp Road in Boone.

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 226 Oakley Green Unit 557 in Blowing Rock.

ARREST: A female suspect, 19, of 2010 Conley Cheek Road in Fleetwood, was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretenses, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering and misdemeanor possession of stolen property. She was held under a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 18,of 269 North Woods Road in Boone, was charged with felony breaking and entering a building, larceny, fraud and misdemeanor possessing/concealing stolen property. He was held under a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 7615 Old U.S. Highway 421 N. in Zionville, was charged with failure to pay.

July 29

INCIDENT: Vandalism and larceny were reported at 3769 U.S. Highway 421 N. in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Resisting a public officer and simple physical assault were reported at 144 Ridge Point Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 120 Campground Road Lot 12 in Vilas.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 571 Slabtown Road in Zionville.

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault and vandalism were reported at 134 Miller Road in Boone.

ARREST: A female suspect, 34, of 130 Hardees Alley in Newland, was charged with felony extradition/fugitive other state. She was held under a $25,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 44, of 212-A Whispering Pines Road in Boone, was charged with simple assault and resisting a public officer. He was held under a $1,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

July 30

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 11765 N.C. Highway 105 S. in Banner Elk.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at 1042 Rhymer Branch Road in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Drug violations were reported at 842 W. King St. in Boone.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 850 Howards Creek Road in Boone.

July 31

INCIDENT: Misdemeanor larceny was reported at 334 Margo Road Unit B in Boone.

INCIDENT: Injury to personal property was reported at 1900 N.C. Highway 105 Bypass in Boone.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 139 Patton Lane in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 22, of 198 Mesa Circle Unit 1 in Boone, was charged with injury to personal property. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 25, of 188 Horseshoe Drive in Boone, was charged with DWLR and expired registration. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 20.

Aug. 1

INCIDENT: Assault on a female was reported ate 1160 Bodenheimer Drive in Boone.

INCIDENT: Criminal damage to property was reported at 1825 Bethel Road in Sugar Grove.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 472 Maple Ridge Drive in Boone.

ARREST: A male suspect, 29, of 1160 Bodenheimer Drive in Boone, was charged with assault on a female. He was held under a $2,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

Aug. 2

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault, vandalism and communicating threats were reported at 167 Meadowbrook Lane in Deep Gap.

INCIDENT: Assault on a female, criminal damage to property and assault on a minor were reported at 217 Watauga Valle Trail in Sugar Grove.

Aug. 3

ARREST: A female suspect, 38, of 256 Holly Hills Lane, was charged with trespassing and simple assault. She’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9.

ARREST: A male suspect, 40, of 612 West C St. in Elizabethton, Tennessee, was charged with contempt of court/perjury/court violations. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

Aug. 4

INCIDENT: Assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 186 Riversound Drive in Banner Elk.

July 27

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at 359 Old E. King St.

INCIDENT: Fraud was reported at Kangaroo Express, 771 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 130 Birch St. Apt. 5.

INCIDENT: Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported at 440 Oak Street.

ARREST: A male suspect, 21, of 359 Old E. King St. #201 in Boone, was charged with vandalism. He was held under a $2,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

July 28

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 140 S. Depot St.

INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at T.J. Maxx, 1180 Blowing Rock Road.

ARREST: A female suspect, 29, was charged with no insurance and NOL. She was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 14.

July 29

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at a construction site at 892 Blowing Rock Road.

INCIDENT: Threats were reported at 567 W. King St

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 219 Green St.

ARREST: A female suspect, 20, of 149 Charlotte Ann Ln. #D9 in Boone, was charged with simple non-physical assault. She’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 17.

ARREST: A female suspect, 40, of 2571 Longhope Road in Boone, was charged with failure to appear. She was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 26.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 467 U.S. Highway 321 N. in Vilas, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.

ARREST: A male suspect, 42, of 391 Jenhill Drive in Deep Gap, was charged with parole and probation violations. He was held under a $7,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 51, of 1099 Seminole Trail in Elk Park, was charged with assault on a female. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 17.

ARREST: A male suspect, 47, of 601 Bessie Road in Piedmont, was charged with indecent liberties with a child, disseminate obscene material to a minor and solicit child by computer. He was held under a $50,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.

July 30

INCIDENT: Vandalism was reported at the N.C. National Guard Armory, 274 Hunting Hills Lane.

INCIDENT: Communicating threats was reported at 208 Faculty St.

INCIDENT: Larceny – pocket picking was reported at T.J. Maxx, 1180 Blowing Rock Road Suite E5.

ARREST: A male suspect, 55, of 657 McKinley St. Apt. 63 in Wooster, was charged with communicating threats, DV protective order violation and failure to appear on charges of DVPO violation and DWLR and speeding. He was held under a $2,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 3.

ARREST: A male suspect, 23, of 189 Charlotte Ann Ln. Apt. 9 in Boone, was charged with communicating threats and assault with a deadly weapon. He was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.

July 31

INCIDENT: Simple physical assault was reported at 114 Clement St.

INCIDENT: Larceny – shoplifting was reported at Walmart, 200 Watauga Village Drive.

ARREST: A male suspect, 24, of 1001 River Dee Court in Apex, was charged with DWI – alcohol and/or drugs. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.

ARREST: An order for arrest was issued for a male suspect, 25, of 973 Meat Camp Road in Boone. He was held under a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 26.

ARREST: A male suspect, 27, of 2023 Crossway Circle in Gastonia, was charged with driving while license revoked. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 21.

Aug. 1

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 309 Meadow Hill Drive Apt. 27.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 200 Watauga Village Drive.

INCIDENT: Larceny was reported at 411 Madison Ave. Apt. 204.

ARREST: A female suspect, 29, of 106 Patton Lane in Boone, was charged with larceny. She was held under a $750 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 8.

ARREST: A male suspect, 51, of 1520 W. King St. Apt. 1, was charged with failure to appear. He was held under a $500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 24.

Aug. 2

INCIDENT: DOA was reported at 181 North Hampton Road.

INCIDENT: Calls for service were reported at 187 Watauga Village Drive.

ARREST: A male suspect, 51, was charged with second degree trespassing. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 29.
