Radford Quarries Thief Caught by Boone PD, Former Employee, a 39-Year-Old Male From Bristol, Arrested

Jan. 16, 2012. After an investigation, Boone Police have arrested Timothy Nash Riffe, age 39, of Bristol, Tenn.

Riffe was charged with one count of Felony Breaking and Entering and one count of felony larceny after breaking and entering. Riffe, a prior employee with Radford Quarries, is alleged to have entered the business, located off Den Mac Drive, sometime during the night of Dec. 30, 2013.

Riffe then stole automobile parts and various tools, before driving back to Tennessee.

Riffe was taken before a Watauga County Magistrate, where he was also served with an outstanding warrant for one count of felony larceny by employee. Riffe was assigned a court date of Feb. 26 and placed under a $10,000 secured bond.
