Debit Cards Stolen from Car in Applebee’s; Fraudently Used at Multiple Locations; Suspects Still Loose

April 21, 2012. On Monday, April 16, between the hours of 10 and 11 p.m., a vehicle was forcibly entered in the Applebee’s parking lot and items were stolen. Among the items stolen were two debit cards and those cards were fraudulently used at Walmart in Boone and a nearby Scotchman convenience store. Two black male suspects were recorded making the transactions by Walmart surveillance cameras.
