Boone Police Seek Info on Three Pieces of Damaged Heavy Construction Equipment on Temple Drive

Nov. 6, 2013. High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s assistance in solving the following crime:

Sometime between the hours of 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 6:00 a.m. on Oct. 31, three pieces of heavy construction equipment were damaged on Temple Drive, near the location of the old Watauga High School.  A Volvo dump truck, Caterpillar bulldozer and Peterbilt dump truck comprised the damaged construction equipment. 

Anyone with information on this crime or any other crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 828-268-6959 / 828-737-0125 or the Boone Police Department at 828-268-6900.  All information will be kept confidential. 

High Country Crime Stoppers pays rewards for information, which leads to arrests; recovery of stolen property; seizure of drugs and the location of wanted persons.
