Tickets for The Biltmore’s 17th Annual Concert Series To Go On Sale On Wednesday, June 5, at 8 a.m.

May 23, 2013. Tickets for Biltmore’s 17th annual concert series will go on sale starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.

This year’s series features a mix of award-winning acts, such as Heart, Sheryl Crow and contemporary Christian group Casting Crowns. Staged on the South Terrace of Biltmore House, the concert series will feature its own award-worthy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. All shows will start at 8 p.m.

Thursday, July 25:  Heart

Fresh after their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, Heart kicks off the series.  Sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson stormed the charts in the ‘70s with hits like “Crazy on You,” “Magic Man,” “Barracuda,” “Straight On,” and many more.  Not only did the Wilson sisters lead the band, they wrote the songs and played the instruments too, making them the first women in rock to do so.
