Nov. 13, 2012. “Engaging Your Customers with Stellar Service” program will be held Saturday, Nov. 17 at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Watauga County Public Library. Join Melissa Boyce of Breakthru! Consulting for a workshop on providing top-notch customer service to enhance your business or profession.

All are welcome. This event is free and open to the public.

During this interactive session, participants will learn how to build the Customer experience through initial discovery and cues and clues. Learn an approach to make memories that last a lifetime in the minds of your employees and Customers. One key ingredient to connecting with Customer’s heart is by understanding their needs.
