Sexual Assault Reported in Parked Vehicle at ASU’s Legends After Dizzy Wright Concert

On Oct. 21, 2015 at approximately 5:00 p.m. a female student reported to University Police that she was sexually assaulted at approximately 12:30 a.m. by an unknown male.

The incident is reported to have occurred in a vehicle parked in the Legends parking lot just after the Dizzy Wright concert event ended. The assailant is described as being male, with a dark complexion, slim build, dark hair with medium length dreadlocks, and wearing a sweatshirt and gray jeans.  University Police are investigating the incident.

The university is providing resources and support to assist the student who reported this incident, and will continue to take actions to maintain the safety and security of the campus community.
