Elkland Art Center Hosts Workshops in Boone, Jefferson and Todd to Help Build the 7th Annual Liberty Parade

May 24, 2012. Dear Friends of Elkland Art Center, it’s Liberty Parade time again. This year’s theme is (insert drum roll)…AIR! In celebration of this unifying element, the Elkland Art Center is reaching out far and wide, making workshops more accessible.

A special AIRY bonus includes Latino and Hispanic outreach. The art center will be incorporating the Latin influence of procession and pageantry into this year’s parade. The results are sure to surprise and delight.

You’re invited to help build Liberty Parade 2012. Find a date and location that meets you where you are (as long as you’ll be somewhere between Boone and the Jeffersons)…
