The Blue Star Mothers of the High Country is a local chapter of the national BSM organization, consisting of approximately 40 military moms. It is a forum to express their concerns and find support for themselves and their sons and daughters who are currently serving in the military or are veterans. They send cards and care packages to our deployed soldiers – not only to our own sons and daughters, but to others that we hear about who are in need of items or words of support and appreciation for their service.
