Blowing Rock Chamber Announces Update of Stuff to Do

July 6, 2012. The Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce wants to make sure your calendar is chock-full. Here’s an extensive list of things to do: from business seminars at the Watauga Library to Art in the Park, an outdoor fireworks concert, featuring Creedence Clearwater Revisited and Lee Brice at the Kidd Brewer Stadium, and the Ensemble Stages’ production of The Complete History of America… (Abridged). Get out your schedule – it’s a busy month.

 

Get a free website for your business! – July 18

As part of the NC Get Your Business Online initiative, Google is conducting a seminar on July 18 at the Blowing Rock Firehouse for businesses without a web presence. You will receive a Free easy-to-build website, Free customized domain name, Free web hosting for one year and Free online tools and training. After the first year, the website costs $4.99/month and the domain is $2/month. Both services can be cancelled at any time. The seminar will be from 9 a.m. until noon. Symphony Patron Tents – July 27
