image001The High Country United Way has been working towards identifying important impact issues and creating a process to improve community conditions. The Community Impact Approach has been adopted across the country as United Ways engage members of the community in identifying the underlying causes of serious problems within their communities. The major areas are education, income and health.

As High Country United Way transitions towards this community conditions approach in funding, High Country United Way will accept applications for program funding under the broad visions statements within education/income/health and separately review RPF’s for Community Impact that focus on the problems identified by the community through the three Vision Councils in Education/Income/Health.

Information on how to apply, 2014-15 Community Impact Funding priorities as well as applications and RFP forms are available at www.HighCountryUnitedWay.org.
